We provide a variety of services to all our customers as follows:

All Pc's are tested and software installed before pc's leave our premises. We include installation in the price of the pc around the Newry area. If your home/premises is further afield there is a small charge.

We offer telephone support to our customers, so if you are in difficulty, we are only a phone call away.

All our Pc.s and components etc come with warranties, and we have an excellent reputation for our service and back-up. If you have a problem with any of our products, we will call to your home and sort the problem out. Our main suppliers are in Ireland, so there are no long delays in getting parts needed.

We provide a callout service to all our clients. If a product is out of warranty we can call to the home/premises for a small callout charge.

We offer a virus removal service whereby if you get a virus which you can't seem to remove, we can take your machine to our premises where we will scan it and remove the relevant virus.

We offer training especially on Sage Products (Refer to Sage Services page for details).

We offer a repairs & maintenance service whereby you can leave you machine into our premises and we can repair or upgrade as requested. |
